More Chess Reviews
In addition to the reviews already available on this site, I am currently in the process of uploading the archive of the first 24 review columns. They were formerly hosted by Steve Henderson over at an earlier version of the Cleveland Chess website. Steve kindly agreed to help me with the transer of material. Although this will take a little bit of time I believe the full set of reviews will form an important resource for those pondering a route through the avalanche of available chess literature. Further updates will follow. Meanwhile, you can access the most recent review columns by following the links on the left or by clicking below.

Game On!
The first move from the Rest of the World will be posted later on tonight. After the first few moves the pace will be stepped up if it is clear that players are in the habit of voting promptly. This week's activity has been very promising and I'm sure we are in for a very interesting game. Meanwhile we can only guess as to which opening the Rest of the World will adopt. Will they defend a Queen's Gambit, risk a Dutch Defence or head for a main theoretical line of a King's Indian Defence? We'll know soon enough so just stay tuned and enjoy the fun!
